Following an electrical rewiring of our home, our AC would go on when turned on our furnace. Our electricians insisted that it was a programming issue and NOT a wiring mistake on their part. Instead of contacting the HVAC company they suggested, we opted for Richard and CoreTemp due to our previous experience.
Keeping consistent, Richard was timely and personable. He quickly diagnosed our situation to in fact be a wiring issue, and was able to not only fix the issue - he also upgraded our stat AT NO CHARGE with a sample he had kicking around in his truck.
Richard will continue to be our #1 option when it comes to ANY of our AC / HVAC needs. Highly recommended without question to anyone.
