Furnace, Humidifier, AC Installation
Richard and his Coretemp team installed a new Furnace, Humidifier, and Central AC Unit for us this past fall. I had called a few HVAC companies, but Coretemp was hands down the most friendly, upfront, knowledgeable, and professional.
On the day of the job, our electrician showed up to install a new breaker box which was actually scheduled for a few days later. This scheduling mishap on our part did not stop Richard and his team. Working in our basement with only a floodlight on a generator, they still got everything installed on time.
Amazingly, the only issue we had after the fact was a crossed wire problem with our Thermostat which wasn't controlling the Humidifier as it should. Richard got back to me immediately and had someone come by that same day to fix it. Coretemp was very fast in getting back to us on our questions and concerns every step of the way.
