Furnace install and maintenance
Richard replaced my furnance last fall. He came promptly, gave me options and after researching we took his advise. The furnace has been great - no issues and we've been glad to have Richard and his team back to maintain it.
When the furnace was being installed I asked for a quote on a tankless water heater. Richard took a look and advised that given the damage to the finished basement that would be required to properly vent it, we not proceed.
I trust the service and advice I get when I call. Service appointments are made easily via email and Richard made the emergency call to my home within hours. They arrive when they say they will and work quickly and efficiently. I trust the products and services Richard and CoreTemp offer and more than that I enjoy welcoming them into my home.
My a/c unit is almost at end of life and I'll call CoreTemp when it needs to be replaced.
