I requested for a consultation thru homestars.com, later, got a call from Richard.
When he learned that I want a consultation/quote for a new furnace to replace our 12 year old one that stopped working, he informed me that he will try to see if it can be fixed since it is only 12 years old, rather than spend a lot of money buying a new one.
Erik came the same day, figured out what is wrong and got the replacement part, installed it, tested if everything is working well and even fixed some minor stuff like sealing a leak.
