Randy came out the same day as we heard raccoons in our walls. He was pleasant and engaged. He ended up making a small hole in our drywall because there were babies and they would not have been able to relocate on their own. He relocated the babies outside the house in a sheltered box and allowed the mother to collect them later. He also proofed the outside so that animals would not be able to enter through a crack in front porch in the future.
The cost was reasonable and I would highly recommend SWAT Wildlife to you.
