Swat Wildlife and Insulation

We were hearing noises in the roof above our second floor bedroom for several months. We'd previously had someone else come by and look at the roof as we suspected racoons were living in our small attic space. However, we were told everything was fine and that there was nothing to worry about.

After the noises continues and became more prominent we got in touch with Swat. Great decision ! Randy came by and did an unbelievably thorough inspection of our roof and walls. He was able to confirm the presence of racoons living right above where our bed is located. He even showed me where they were nesting using his thermal camera. Randy was also able to diagnose that there point of entry was the neighbours roof. In the end our neighbours went a different way for fixing the problem but without Randy my wife and I would still be tossing and turning at night. Highly recommended !
