Our shower was leaking between the fibreglass body and the drain, and had made quite a bit of a mess in the ceiling on the floor below it. I opened up the ceiling to discover the problem, and took a few photos, but realized that I wasn't comfortable replacing the drain myself.

Valentin was able to diagnose our problem from just my photos, gave me a rough estimate from them, and — despite the lack of parts everywhere! — was able to source exactly what we needed to repair our leak (and a bunch besides, like the fact that our initial installer put the wrong type of drain in!) When he arrived, he widened the hole I'd cut, made all the changes needed, and had the job completed in around 2 hours.

Valentin's price was exceptionally fair, he kept in constant contact, and he put our minds at ease. Highly recommended.

I called Valentin and he came to my house a couple days after. He is very professional and the price was very fair.

Valentin provided excellent service. He was very fast in responding to our request and we had an appointment within one day. Service was accurate, professional and friendly. This is the second or third time we used his services and we would definitely call him again. Highly recommended.

I've used Valentin for the 3rd time and every time he's been great. He was able to come to our home on short notice and determine the cause of our slow draining kitchen sinks. He wound up clearing up the clog in our pipe underneath the basement floor. Valentin was in and out in about an hour which allowed me to focus on working from home with minimal interruption. Valentin was a pleasure to work with. He promptly responded to my text message, scheduled a timely appointment, and even showed up earlier than expected. He was very professional and explained every step of the process. He was able to get the basement toilet to flush properly again after removing it, scoping the drain with a camera and inserting an auger to detach and wash away years of buildup. He suggested other work that will probably need to be done soon but did not pressure us to commit to any of it at this time. He even suggested trying some DIY solutions in the meantime.
