Valentin was a pleasure to work with. He promptly responded to my text message, scheduled a timely appointment, and even showed up earlier than expected. He was very professional and explained every step of the process. He was able to get the basement toilet to flush properly again after removing it, scoping the drain with a camera and inserting an auger to detach and wash away years of buildup. He suggested other work that will probably need to be done soon but did not pressure us to commit to any of it at this time. He even suggested trying some DIY solutions in the meantime. I would definitely recommend Stong Plumbing :)

He was very thorough and explained as he worked cleaning out years of debris from former pet owners. Even gave me advice about furnace settings and humidifier. Thanks for the great service.

Used Homestar to find a home inspector and crossed my fingers hoping for the best. Brent far exceeded my expectations. He was thorough and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the home we purchased on condition. He spent several hours going through our house, from the foundation up to the chimney top. He pointed out several things that even our sellers were not aware of. He saved us several thousand dollars off the final sale price of the house. Not bad for a few hundred dollars!

Arby is a family run business and is truly run with family values. Arby and Anil were very professional and took great care in moving our belongings. We moved on the hottest day of the summer but Arby and his crew did not let that affect their level of service.
