I messaged them (with pictures, per their request) and after a short exchange, Valentin provided an estimate and we agreed on the service date. Valentine did excellent, efficient work, replacing the faucet, adding a shut-off valve and repairing the original leak.

My shower/bath faucet stopped working and I needed to replace it. Valentin came up with the fastest and most economical option, and came within 2 days to fix it. He found a way to change the hardware without knocking a hole in the adjacent room and just fixing it from the inside of the bathroom. Minimum interruption and fast service. Valentine has done may jobs for us-- some large and some small, and he is always fast, reliable and honest.

Valentin has come to our rescue so many times. Most recently the drain in the kitchen was good and blocked. A problem was have with the set up of our plumbing before we moved in is a long path between the kitchen and the sewer. Valentin is the only person who could fix it properly. I trust Valentin to get it done no matter what.
