Well, it all started an entire year ago when the sewage started to back up in our basement. We had tried all different solutions but nothing would work. Others had tried to convince us that this was related to the cold winter weather. But come summer, the problem was still there. And the sewage smell was horrible on some days.

Enough was enough!
That's when I found Valentin at Strong Plumbing Inc. I needed someone who was knowledge and had the experience. I didn't want a "quick fix". I needed to understand the root of the problem and a long term solution so the problem wouldn't come back. And Valentin delivered.

Valentin was very knowledge and talked us through the problem and explained everything clearly. He was able to explain a few potential causes for this issue, then backed it up doing a camera inspection of the pipes. When he saw there was some blockage further down the pipes, he continued to clear it and then reran the camera inspection. We were very pleased at how detailed his work was and how he made sure everything was in order. This gave us peace of mind and relief, knowing that the problem was resolved.

At the end, he also gave some tips on how to avoid such issues in the future.

Valentin came to do the plumbing for a new kitchen sink that was recently installed, and hooked up the dishwasher. He was incredibly kind and professional and honest. He was thorough in making sure everything worked and was done properly. I would definitely call him again if I needed to, and would recommend him to others.

We contacted Valentin from Strong Plumbing Inc. for a kitchen sink leak, on a Friday morning.  Almost immediately, Valentin replied and after a brief description and photos, he was able to give an estimate of the work required.  We were surprised and glad that Valentin recognized the need to replace extra parts, providing a more efficient and longer lasting water system, in addition to the urgent water leak repair.  It was our hope to eventually have these parts replaced prior to the leak, and because of Valentin's perception, we were able to hire him to complete all work.  Despite Valentin's busy schedule, he arrived punctually on Monday morning, prepared with a mask, shoe covers, gloves, tools and all replacement parts.  Upon inspection, he found the source of our water leak, that could not have been seen from the photos provided.  The leak was coming from a tear of the hose inside the kitchen faucet.  Valentin took the time to fully and patiently explain everything related to our plumbing repairs.  After a brief discussion, we all decided that Valentin would work on replacing the extra parts, while one of us quickly went to purchase a new faucet.  With great efficiency and knowledge, Valentin replaced all the extra parts, including installation of the new kitchen faucet, which arrived shortly after.  The result and quality of his completed work is evident in both function and appearance, as our kitchen plumbing is running smoothly again.  We would highly recommend Valentin.  Thank you Valentin for your good work, and giving us peace of mind.  There is no doubt you are an expert in your field.  Silvia and Nancy. 

My existing Delta faucet was dripping in the "off" position. I contacted Strong Plumbing to understand if this was an issue that could be fixed. Valentin was extremely professional, and although I had not yet hired him to do the work, he walked me through which parts I would need to request from Delta and even suggested that I ask them for a complete replacement -- which I did! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional in my interactions. Clear in terms of cost. He did pre-work to make sure he came prepared and came and left without leaving a single piece of garbage/ dirt or other. I would 100% most definitely hire him again. In fact, he is now officially on my quick call list. He has great ratings for a reason.

First, Val was very quick to answer my email and to come out to quote on the work. What was supposed to be a relatively straightforward water main replacement was complicated by our curb stop being broken, so we had to reschedule for after it was fixed. Once it was fixed Val's crew was here within a week to finish the work. A few things went sideways that day (no fault of theirs - I won't bore you with the details) but the guys were understanding, pleasant and adaptable problem-solvers. We very much appreciated the thorough communication, professionalism, reliability and of course the quality work performed by Strong Plumbing.

Strong Plumbing were extremely professional, informative and efficient. They explained everything that they were going to do. They took care to keep interior of the house clean while doing work. Their rates were very reasonable and they did not try and sell us on things we didn't need unlike other companies we got quotes from. I highly recommend them.
