I was very impressed by Valentin's professional demeanor and his expertise at plumbing. He came on time and worked very efficiently and completed the work in a timely manner. He used only the best materials and was helpful in his recommendations of things to buy.

I found Strong Plumbing and Valentin on Homestars. Within 24 hours of emailing him, he had contacted me, arranged to come and give an estimate and upon arrival, was able to complete all the jobs the same day. We have an older house and needed several plumbing repairs including new taps in our bathtub, a new tap for the laundry tub and new tap connections for the washing machine. We were particularly concerned about not damaging the existing bathtub tiles andd walls. Not only was Valentin very knowledgeable and experienced, he arrived with the proper products for our situation and was able to do the repairs expertly, quickly and efficiently. He and his assistant were polite, helpful, wore "booties" in the house and cleaned up after themselves. He also made some excellent suggestions in general on how to keep the plumbing working smoothly. We greatly appreciated his talents and would definitely recommend him to anyone. i had a plumbing problem, response time was fantastic. Worker was professional and courteous, discussed all available options. Price was very fair, less than major chains. I was extremely satisfied with the finished work.

I had a new dishwasher and no existing space for it. I went to Home Star webiste to find a professional plumber to do the job. I saw the Strong Plumbing Co. with a good ratings on it. So I decided to Contact Valentin and explain to him about my problem, new dishwasher with no existing space. After an hour he came for his free estimate of what to be done. After a couple of calls from other plumber I decided to hire Valentin for his fair price and clearly explanation of the job.

He came in the morning early than the time schedule he gave but I am happy about it at least my kids still in bed. His very professional and repectful person, he wore uniform, wore shoe cover, cleaned up the mess after. One more thing, he gave a preventive advise for things he saw at my house that might cause problem in the future. And he fixed my kitchen faucet for free. I am happy for it and he did a very good job. Thank you Valentin and keep up the good work. Highly recommended to anyone.

I've asked Valentin to do two small jobs for me recently and he has been wonderful. On time, helpful, pleasant, professional, good suggestions for what to buy, where to put it. His prices are good. Today he even picked up a part for me that I hadn't had time to shop for. Thanks Valentin!

Not only did he install and repair what I asked him to do, he gave me lots of recommendations on preventative maintenance, and suggested alternatives for repairing old fixtures that are giving us problems. He is a very flexible thinker, and offers really practical solutions. He even helped me apply for a rebate for my new toilet, even though I had already bought it!

We wanted to change a bathroom sink without modifying our existing counter. This proved to be a slight problem but Valentin persevered and came up with a solution that worked very well.(It did involve me running to Shoppers Drug Mart and buying silver nail polish. LOL) His price was fair, he thoroughly cleaned up after himself and even wore shoe coverings as to not track dirt on our floor! I would not hesitate to use him again. A real tribute to the HomeStars community!

Valentin was professional, very respectful of the house and brand new hardwood flooring. He did a fantastic job and answered all of my questions. I will be recommending him and calling him again for future projects.

My toilet at main floor got plugged. Valentin has done work for my friends and they recommended him to me. I called Val.I received a very quick response, he was at my house in less than an hour and solved my problem. Val managed my problem in a very professional way, he covered the floor with tarps, used gloves and protected the
area around the toilet. Toilet is working again and is good as new. Good job, Valentin!!!

After my several attempts to repair my kitchen tap, I came to the conclusion that it is time to call a profesional. So I called a few companies and I got some qoutes , one of them was from Strong Plumbing and was by far the most reasonable for the kind of tap I wanted. After the call went thru, Valentin and his assistant came, in a matter of two hours the job was done. I am a happy customer, not just for the quality of the work (and the two shutoffs Valentin installed for free) but for the care he took to my house. Always wearing booties, covering the floor, cleaning after, I was trully impressed with their work. My wife was I think happier than me, because there was no cleaning needed after job was done. This being said, I wish all the best to Valentin and his company, he's my lifetime plumber.
