Valentin was so helpful and informative when assessing my plumbing issue. I appreciated that he communicated via text and was very open and honest. He tried to get the best price possible for us and was kind, tidy and efficient. As new owners in an old house, I feel grateful to have found Valentin for my urgent issue and all future issues.

Valentin was good to communicate with. He showed up on time and completed the job in under the time he initially proposed. He wore booties to keep the house clean and a mask at my request. I was very pleased with his professionalism. I only wish I had spoken to him about the replacement faucet. Although it works fine as a laundry tap faucet and appears to be installed correctly, we just don't like the actual look of the gold tap installed. So just make sure you speak about that beforehand.

Valentin was super efficient and accurate on the job.
When the spouts I provided didn't fit, he had 2 in his van that worked and he got the job done.

I will be using Valentin for all future plumbing needs.

I recently contacted Strong Plumbing regarding an issue with our plumbing in the basement. Valentin responded quickly and clearly informed us what type of work needed to be done (e.g. replace pipes and install a backwater valve) Throughout the process, Valentin kept us informed and answered any questions we had. His team ensured that the work area was kept clean and worked efficiently. I would not hesitate to call Valentin for any future plumbing issues and would also recommend him to others.

Based on Homestar reviews, I hired Val for the first time today and I was extremely impressed at how well he lived up to all of the rave reviews. By far, he is one of the best contractors I've ever hired. He was extremely patient, easy to communicate with, very meticulous and attentive to detail and very, very reliable. His professionalism extends to his honesty and his trustworthiness. He worked hard on my job, carrying heavy toilets without hesitation, and he worked very efficiently. He left a clean work area and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the job before he completed the work. In the original consultation with Val, I had exchanged text messages with him before hiring him to ask about pricing and availability etc. He always responded quickly and politely and when he found out what I needed to have done, he took the time to refer me to excellent (less expensive) sources - this was before I even hired him. I found that to be very telling of what an honest and professional person he is. I will definitely hire Val again!

Had a leak coming from the shower and Valentin was able to correctly diagnose it as a cartridge replacement via an image I sent him via SMS. Unfortunately, the cartridge was so corroded that it broke when he attempted to remove it so he ended up having to replace the valve. He was very quick and efficient in getting the required parts and installing them. He was also very professional and fair with the additional cost to replace the valve. In the end the leak was fixed and we had a new faucet and shower head to boot. My wife was very happy which was another bonus. I will definitely call Valentin for any future Plumbing jobs!
