Valentin and his crew were excellent. We found Valentin straightforward, knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. His prices were reasonable.
We urgently needed major work. Valentin came promptly and thoroughly assessed our situation. Using the "pipe burst" method, the crew replaced our pipe from the backwater valve inside the house to the city connection. They also installed a sump pit and sump pump.
From my first contact with Valentin, I began to feel reassured. He took the time to answer all our questions. The crew, Denys and and Sergei, were courteous and tidy. We felt we were in good hands.
