Replace kitchen faucet, replace broken, leaky kitchen drain.
Valentin was able to come out 2 days after we called (it wasn't urgent). He walked us through the solutions with estimates for the various options to address the things we wanted fixed. He was very polite, respectful and cleaned up afterward.
We had a kitchen sink that kept backing up and was also leaking from what we suspected could be a complicated fix - it actually ended up being quite a bit of work, but he gave us options to do less or more without pressuring us in any way. This was the bulk of the cost for the job, but we are very happy that we proceeded with it.
He also put in a new kitchen faucet, replaced a piece in our bathtub faucet to stop it from dripping, and advised us on a concern we had with the toilet (there was no need for concern after all!). We would definitely bring him in again.
