We noticed some water in our basement that we had assumed had come from outside our home due to excessive rain this season. But in tracing the water back the source appeared to be around a basement drain pipe leading from our kitchen. This was not an emergency as we could use other sinks in our home. I called Valentin on Sunday to set up an appointment. He came on Monday at 1:00 p.m., and he and his assistant finished the diagnosis and repair by 2:30. Highly recommended.
