Due to recent ice storm and prolonged power outage, we had a ruptured frozen pipe on Christmas day that required immediate repair. Valentin did an excellent job at our house 2 years ago, so I gave him a call on Boxing Day.
He returned my call promptly even on a holiday and promised to come the next day. He arrived right on time and got to work on my problem immediately. The repair was a very challenging one given the source of leak was well hidden behind dry wall and other structures.
Like a surgeon, Valentin methodically dissected down to the diseased pipe and replaced it with a new one while causing as little destruction to our existing structure as possible.
All in all, I am very satisfied with his work and he is now my default guy when it comes to plumbing need.
