Valentin was very responsive over text and gave a clear description of what he was going to do and how. He gave an estimate quickly and was able to come promptly
He took his time explaining his steps, and helping me navigate the plumbing in my home. He installed an internal on/off valve for the outside hose bib which he also replaced and cleaned up after himself
Overall he was excellent in communicating and patient, and did an excellent job and will be using his services should there be need in the future
