Valentin was exceptional in every way. Friendly and polite, extremely prompt in answering my questions and fitting in a time to replace my toilet, and helpful for someone whos never bought a toilet before or even hired a plumber. I highly recommend him. Very happy to have found an excellent and trustworthy plumber.
