Met these guys at the Home Show and made an appointment. Was surprised that they were so busy, appointment was 6 weeks away. Very impressed with service, got reminder e-mail 2 weeks before with instructions, follow up e-mail confirming appointment with a window between 9 -11 a.m. They showed up at 9:30 went right to work and were done by 11:00. Very professional, very clean and efficient. Follow up guy was also on time, I was phoned to tell me he was stuck in traffic but would arrive soon, this I appreciated. He was also done in about 1 hour, cleaned all the tape and paper and even took the garbage with him. The tub looks amazing, better than new. I would recommend The Tub Guys to anyone looking to re-finish their tub. Cheaper than purchasing new! Thanks Guys!

I called The Tub Guys because of reviews I read on Homestars to refinished an older claw foot bathtub. Got an appointment in about a month (it's awesome that they're booking so far in advance - it means they're busy and in high demand). They arrived on time, completed the job in an efficient and timely manner and it looked spectacular! I have 3 little kids at home and we use the tub daily. The finish however isn't as resilient as I would have expected. The smallest thing that falls into the tub (even a nail clipper) damages the coating. The tub has a "telephone" shower head (handheld) and will little kids, they drop it ALL the time -- it's just normal -- anyway, the tub coating chips way too often. In the last 4 months, I'd say that we've had 12 or more chips, which suuuucks. So, off I went and bought white nail polish to touch it up. When it chips, I touch it up and it looks beautiful again. The company is great and I would recommend them but I wish the finish on the tub was stronger...

When I had my bathroom reno'd 10 years ago I had my original 60 year old tub glazed (by another company) and it had begun to peel and chip. Called the Tub Guys to reglaze the tub.

Arrived on the assigned day and within the allocated window provided. Removed the old acrylic glaze and applied the new glaze in a timely and neat fashion. Arrived 2 days later to replace the caulking, overflow and drain. Tub is back looking like new.

Excellent service with friendly and considerate crew. Happy to refer to anyone looking for an inexpensive and high quality tub makeover. An easy way to update a very tired bathroom.
