The Tub Guys customer service is fantastic. From booking, through service, invoice and payment, everything was very efficient and professional. Chris and his team did a fantastic job on our tub - they were professional, kept me up to date on their progress, let me know what to expect, and the job was done well within the time frame suggested. They were on time, were very friendly, and left their worksite very clean. I have only good things to say about the experience.

I was very pleased from the very start in phoning to get a quote with the follow up phone call to send pictures of my tub to the arrangement in having the work done. Enza is very professional as is Efi the manager whom I spoke to. The work was performed in a very proficient manner and the tub looks brand new. It has made my bathroom look like it had just been renovated. I would highly recommend this company. They stand behind their word and promises to deliver quality workmanship

I would highly recommend the TUB GUYS. They did an amazing job on our two bathtubs. They were professional from the beginning of the booking until the final day of the finished product.

In one of our units, our bathtub and surround were painted. This has started to yellow and peel off. I contacted Angela at The Tub Guys and they were able to squeeze me into a cancellation spot to have my old paint removed and new epoxy applied. I am so happy with the end result! The guys did an amazing job, so much so I have booked them to redo the other tub in our house that has been painted.

We are extremely pleased with the work that Chris and Tyler did reglazing our 35 year old tub. They arrived as scheduled, got right to work and were very careful to protect our newly tiled tub and floor area. We were pleasantly surprised to see that they used paper and tape to seal off all the walls, floor, toilet, sink and fixtures that might otherwise have been affected by the spraying process.
For a nominal sum of $25.00, Chris replaced the drain and overflow connections. Good recommendation since the old gasket had deteriorated. Once the spraying was complete, Chris taped paper over the entire exterior door to minimize the odour from the glaze. Two days later they returned as scheduled, removed all the tape and paper, replaced the shower fixtures and caulked the tub. All in all, a very professional and workmanlike job.
Angela provided us with detailed instructions for care of the tub and "suction cup free" bathmat as well as timely scheduling of the initial job plus follow-up. We would not hesitate to recommend the Tub Guys and, in fact, already have. ..Well done everyone!!

These guys are awesome. After reading the reviews on HomeStars, I decided to email them. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Punctual, quality, price, timeliness, follow up by the actual owner..can't say enough good things about The Tub Guys. Truly a pleasure to work with. If you are considering doing a reglaze of tub or tiles..I highly recommend them!

The finish on my 1935 bath tub had been worn off after many years of use and inappropriate cleaning. I checked out the Tub Guys and was impressed by all the positive comments made by previous customers. I found this company most pleasant to work with in all respects from setting up the appointment, and very professional from the start of work, completion and follow-up clean-up. I was given very good advice about tub maintenance as well as other household maintenance tips. I am so pleased with the results. My tub looks like new.
