Roger was very responsive and flexible, and worked closely with us to meet the requirements of the townhouse condo board. The Pattern Lock Interlocking team arrived on time, worked long hours, and had the old paving stones, plants, and shrubs removed and the new Autumn Hill paving stones with the beige mix Parkwall steps installed in 3 days. We are very pleased with the price (lower than another quote that we received) and the excellent service. I would post a picture, but the system won't let me. Thank you, Roger and team!

Our old deck was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. Thankfully we now have a solid well built deck that was redesigned to our needs, as well as a wonderful new stone walkway connecting to it.

Was referred to Roger through a friend that was pleased with his work. Removed all grass from backyard, replaced with high end patio stones, as well as concrete pad for hot tub. Roger and team even helped with the trench for the hot tub electrical. Im super picky and Roger remained available and courteous for my late night phone calls and questions. We are very happy with the service, its been 3 years and everything looks brand new. Added so much value and artistry to the home, they did more than we asked and continue to check in.

I was initially happy with the work. They seem nice and tried to be helpful. My pool did not pass the City of Oakville inspection because of the grading of the pool surround -- and cost me an additional 5K deposit that I did not have returned to me. In the summer of 2022 (less than a year after it was built, some stones were sinking. In the process of trying to ready it for inspection, they did repair the stones that were sinking. IN the summer of 2023 I noticed extreme unevenness and asked them to come back. They said they would and did not. I asked several more times between August 2023 and June 2024. Constantly saying he would do it and still a no show. I became so concerned about the safety that I finally had another contractor have a look. He showed me what a poor job had been done to most of it -- screening but no gravel underneath, not nearly enough base material and a missing barrier that should have been installed to prevent the stone from sliding off the concrete pool surround. 2500 dollars later, the new contractor fixed the worst parts (and only half of it was replaced due to cost) and it is much better. Real cost? 49K. Roger and company don't know what they're doing.
