I can't get over how impressive it is that NCM is so passionate about pleasing their customers. It's incredible that they are really trying to have a service that is unique to each of their clients. Not every household needs the same thing, so I think it's awesome that they recognize this and tailor their service to each individual user. Isabelle was very informative, i am happy that I found this company. If you're looking for quality service and a devoted team, I highly recommend New Century Maids!

What I love best about New Century Maids from getting notification via email to the fact that kitchen garbage is taken out at the end, and everything in between, Great.

This is the first time we hired a housecleaning service and we are happy to find them so quick. I went on their website to ask for a quote and the next day we had scheduled a walk-thru visit to get a good estimate. Alex was courteous and professional. He answered all our questions. We had our place cleaned the past week and it's spotless. I'm very impressed with what they did - especially bathrooms and floors. Wasn't expecting them to make the bed, what a nice surprise!

I was so happy with my last cleaning just had to let everyone know, the attention to details was amazing, my house is fabulously clean, so happy I found New Century Maids. The lady was very professional and courteous and I'd definitely use them again in the future.

Great Cleaning Service. We have been using NCM for about 6 months now and we are extremely satisfied. They are reliable and do a very thorough job. The maids even stayed an hour later, to finish up a new request. The best part of New Century Maids is their customer service. It is very rare to find people who really care. The ladies – Kamila & Isabelle call all the time to make sure we are satisfied and happy. Good quality cleaning and great customer service!!

Just a few words about New Century Maids, they are a great cleaning company who do a superb job of cleaning my condo. I trust them with my keys and they even look after the place when I am away on business, I get home and it’s clean, I do not worry that I have to call them to make an appointment, I am just too busy at work for that, I set up a recurring cleaning schedule and receive emails of the upcoming cleaning and that’s it, peace of mind and a clean house. This year, my house was chosen by all of my friends to host the Easter party. I was very excited, except for the fact that my house was a mess. A girlfriend referred me to New Century Maids and I scheduled a cleaning with them. I was overly satisfied with the cleaning that they performed and my friends were astonished by the cleanliness of my house. Thanks New Century Maids.

I contacted New Century Maids to help me with a move out cleaning in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. I really only needed help with the kitchen & bathroom (they take the longest and are the toughest to clean).
I got a response with an estimate right away and continued to get quick responses to all of my questions throughout the process.
I wasn't able to be there to oversee the cleaning, but the service provider let me check it out before they sent me the bill. I was really impressed. They cleaned things I would've completely forgotten to clean and the place was spotless.
I can't say enough about this service. Plus, they use PayPal, so I felt comfortable with the billing process and didn't have to have cash with me.
