New Century Maids

I was in a bind, my family called to say that they were going to visit me that very evening, being a student I really had no time for cleaning my apartment and began to panic as my Mom is a total neat freak. I found NCM through a google search and read their reviews; I gave them a call saying that I really need this cleaning to be done today. The office staff worked hard to see if there were any openings (it was the end of the week) and to my great relief they set up everything – the ladies arrived on time and did an amazing job.
My mom was so proud of me for keeping my place so clean. Ha ha!

What can I say about this hard working and really professional cleaning team! I booked 2 cleaners (Zita and Nada) for 2 hours, I gave them my priorities and when they finished my home was like a sparkling castle!

I was gone for a month on vacation with my family and returning remembered what state we had left our home in (like a tornado hit) and remembered that NCM was schedule to come in and clean our home while we were away. When we walked through the door we were amazed and the transformation – it was spotless, there was no sign that we had left it in such a mess.
New Century Maids is the best! So glad we had hired them for our regular cleanings, they are trustworthy and always reliable, I am always stress free knowing that my home is being looked after even if I am not there.

The two ladies that had arrived at my home did a fantastic job, the office set up a cleaning so fast, they save my life as i was having a guest coming over that very weekend.

Robin arrived right on time, despite the flooding the day before. She did fantastic job on cleaning my condo, it was absolutely great. I appreciated some of the little touches in how she set things up - as a bachelor, that extra touch is welcome. I have since set up a recurring cleaning schedule for my home.

As most working folk know, it's a gift to find an organization that not only does an amazing job, but also offers flexibility and support. I never have to worry that someone will not fit my schedule to help me keep my home sparkling- and the people at New Century Maids are all terrific. Isabelle and Kamila at the office are very professional and knowledgeable, always there to help. I have been a client for about 5 years and I'm a client forever! Best ever.

Do NOT use this service. I was told the initial cleaning would be 4 hours and they left after 2 1/2. Did a terrible job. Cleaning my sink with the same rag they used to clean my toilet !!!! Complained but they were to busy to deal with me.

I was very pleased by the prompt arrival of Magda & Anna this morning. I showed them what I expected for today, and they went right to work. They were amazing....everything and much more was cleaned beyond my expectations. I was thrilled with their work today! I definitely will be in touch to arrange a permanent booking. The customer service at New Century Maids is great - Kamila and Isabelle respond very quickly to enquiries and they try their best to make sure the customer is accommodated. Unfortunately I was not thrilled with the quality of the cleaning that the 2 women did for us for our "move in" clean. I think they would be good at just a general cleaning, but they didn't really do a complete and thorough scrub of the house we moved into. We noticed that some of the bathroom counters, inside the closets and kitchen cupboards still had dust/dirt on them. The previous owners of the house were neat but dust had accummulated and we didn't want to put our things away until everything was thoroughly cleaned. There were also a lot of paint chips that had fallen on the stone floor after the painters were gone. If my mother hadn't been on her hands and knees with a scrub brush, indicating to the cleaners that there were still marks on the floor, they would have left without cleaning the floor properly. If you want a very thorough move in cleaning job, they may not be the best choice, but they did a good enough job for regular cleaning, in my opinion.
