I just cannot get over how great my house looks! New Century Maids did a super fantastic cleaning of my entire home – top to bottom – it is now spotless, they had paid attention to all details and it really shows in the work that the ladies did. I am so happy I found them through a Google search, just the best cleaning I have ever had. Thanks.

New Century Maids is without a doubt the best cleaning service I have ever used. They have cleaned my house biweekly for over 3 years and have always done a spectacular job. They are constantly checking back with me to ensure their service is up to par and I get a reminder call and email 2 or 3 days before each visit. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you

I use this company for a regularly scheduled cleaning of the home of the CEO that I work for. He is very particular and is very pleased with their work. The service is very thorough and they don't cut corners. The scheduling/billing process is very efficient and organized. The administrative staff are friendly, accommodating and very helpful. I can always count on my reminder email/phone call just in case we need to reschedule. I have recommended them to friends and family and they have been equally impressed.

I have been using New Century Maids for the past nine months, their staff spends two hours each Friday cleaning my house. They came highly recommended to me and I have been extremely impressed with the manner in which they go about their business. Staff members are hard working, conscientious and courteous and can be relied upon to carry out the work to a very high standard.

The management of the company are very flexible. On more than one occasion I have requested the cleaner to arrive at a specific time if possible, and this has never proved to be a problem, Iza and Kamila are always there to help me. From my own experience I consider this company to be very professional in their approach to all aspects of their work and I am very satisfied with the service they provide.

I have been using the services of New Century Maids to clean my home since 2010. I cannot tell you the difference this has made to my family life - I no longer have to spend the precious time I have on the weekends cleaning my home. I find that I have much more free time and am able to go away for weekends and have guests without having to worry and stress over cleaning. I am delighted with the quality of service and the overall attention to detail. All rooms are perfectly vacuumed, beds changed and kitchen and bathrooms spotlessly cleaned. The crew also show a high level of sensitivity to how the room looks when they come in to it - they do not move anything out of place. I simply do not have to every worry that they will not turn up for the appointed day or that the service will not be 100%. I have already recommended New Century Maids to another colleague at work and would not hesitate to do so to others in the future.

We have been using New Century Maids to do our monthly house cleaning for several months now and are very happy with the service. Sometimes we're not the easiest clients by having to move our booking date a few times because of our difficult schedules, and NCM are always very courteous and accommodating. Their initial deep clean was fantastic, they got things clean that I thought were impossible. The monthly clean is great for general maintenance. I don't know how they get our basement to smell so good! and they get our stove top way cleaner than I can. Our place gets pretty cluttered and they manage to get it looking great and really clean while keeping our cost down as much as possible. Despite being on a tight schedule the crew asks me to look around and makes sure I am happy and don't want anything recleaned before they leave. I have been a customer of New Century Maids since December 2009. I initially asked them to clean my house in Mississauga as I had broken my leg and needed someone to do a deep clean. As the service was so good I asked them to keep coming. At present NCM cleans my home on a monthly basis. I get an all over clean, including my oven, fridge and beds get changed. The service I have received has been great. The girls are very pleasant and efficient. They arrive and leave when they say they will, which with 4 young child is great, as I can organise myself around them. If I ever need to phone the office and I leave a message, one of the ladies in the office always phones back promptly and deals with any query I have efficiently.

Horrible! Would never use again. I found them on this site thinking that they would be good, simply relying on their rating. I called them to book a cleaning and, after being put on hold for 5 minutes, I was able to book a cleaning. The cleaners were supposed to be at my apartment at 2-230pm. They called me at 1:15 to say they will be there at 1:30. I rushed home to meet them at 1:30 but they didn't end up showing up anyways until 2:15. They told me they got lost. The two cleaners spent 1.5 hours "cleaning" my apartment. After they left, I inspected their work. I could not believe the lack of care that was put into their work. These people call themselves professional cleaners, yet a child could do a better job. Spider webs were left under my radiator. Feathers from my bird were still left behind. And finally, I took a piece of paper towel and wiped the steps that i had asked them to clean and I couldn't believe the filth. To make matters worse, they even added parking charges to my bill. What a complete waste of money.
