I have been using the cleaning services since 2014. My experience has been very positive during the twice monthly cleaning of my house. I am particularly happy about being able to arrange cleaning appointments for Saturday mid-morning. The typical twice monthly cleaning appointments have taken about 3 hours each time.

Requested move in cleaning. Came home to shinny new house. They did great job for my house that had been renovated. They did missed a couple spots and stairs but still satisfied, saved my 7 hours of cleaning.

It was difficult to get the ground rules set but now our service is flawless and Linda does an excellent job week after week.

I had a previous cleaning service before and had them last year. I honestly was not happy with them. There was always something missed. I am so happy I found New Century Maids..even days later the house still feels so clean. My husband who is extremely picky was so pleased. Will definitely be making them using them regularly. This wasn’t my first rodeo with New Century Maids. They are fantastic from start to finish. The main office dealt with everything with such professionalism and the staff were efficient, thorough and gracious. Two different properties, same great experience.

Great timely service and clean up provided. Requested a last minute clean and Isabelle was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend them. Although didn't need all areas cleaned, they were willing to clean and organize as necessary.

The customer service was amazing as I was able to request the cleaning servie for the next day. My bathroom was extremely clean and the lady that was sent was extremely friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!
