Max Overhead Doors

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Jorge. Three weeks ago, I paid for a service that was not properly completed. I contacted Jorge immediately, and he promised to come to rectify the problem between 4-6 PM. However, he never showed up, and all my calls and text messages since then have been ignored.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Not only have I wasted my money, but Ive also wasted my time trying to get this issue resolved. I would not recommend Jorge to anyone. His lack of communication and failure to address the problem has left me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied.

Arrived on time, installed the garage door opener in a snap, and left. Seamless. Highly recommended. I bought the garage door opener from the company, including an external keypad and has a mobile app. Excellent.

Jorge provided excellent service. He always showed up for appointments and was very knowledgeable. He kept me updated with delivery and installation was on the date that was booked. There were a few hiccups with the need for extra parts but this was communicated right away and the next day the install was completed. I love my door.

We had an old, odd garage door that had given up the ghost. It was odd because the dimensions aren't standard. We needed a new door quickly. Jorge came by the next day, measured and said a new door would be no problem. He was able to get it installed in a week (would have been sooner had the stock been available). The installation was perfect and tidy. Highly recommended.

Jorge was very responsive throughout the whole process and answered all my questions. There was a major delay in getting the door because of it's unique size which was out of his control, but once both the door and opener were installed, he left the place very tidy and the installation was done very well. Jorge showed up the same day I called and gave me an estimate for a new 16x7 garage door and opener. He went over the project in detail with us and even had samples.
