I didn't know what was wrong with the garage door closing on a slight angle and making noise as it opened or closed, so I called Markham Garage Doors to come and look at the problem. It was one side - the pulley, which had sprung and was operating inefficiently. On a freezing cold day, the service representative came out and rectified the situation in 45 minutes.
