As soon as you meet Reiner, it's clear that he has a very unique skill set: he understands the intricacies of construction and he is able to communicate the nuances and impacts to a layperson client. Additionally, he has a roster of trusted suppliers. He has great recommendations for high quality suppliers at very reasonable costs.
Reiner arranged for several trusted contractors to quote on our job, walked us through their quotes, managed the negotiation process and continued to assist throughout the renovation itself.
