Alin Maintenance Services

Alin told me that the hole in the roof was due to the tiles around the skylight. And quoted me 800 it is partially my fault as I did not get a reputable company to check and he showed up and with black tar. I still had the leak had no idea what he was doing and have to know rplace that whole section and my roof had further damage. His warrenty is not valid as he asks for cahs and does not charge you tax that way and then you can not try and get his so called warrenty. DO NOT USE HIM!

I was told that my Sky Light was leaking due to a seal. The skylight was brown and he used white color which was awful from the street and also proceeded to Black Tar my roof around the skylight which I did NOT ask for, since my roof is new and Brown.I had to pay another company to fix my roof and remove the Black tar which I paid Alin in full. He clearly does not know what he is doing and is not a quick fix but added problems. out of pocket 450 plus 200 to the other company on something that took 15 min. Further I have recieved calls from Alin himself to remove my negative rating of his performance or as he said "will burn my home down", and hurt my family. I have handed this over to the police and can not believe this can happen here in Canada!
