My BBQ is 20 years old and had seen better days. Emily did her best to accommodate me and was super professional and efficient. They arrived early and worked for hours, and left the deck spic and span. The result is amazing. I would highly recommend this company

Once again, BBQ Pro has turned our Napoleon BBQ into a new shining piece. Our technician, Krystian was absolutely great, professional, friendly and did an amazing job. He took his time to reach every inch and cleaned up so well, you would never know he was there..... Will certainly keep this service and refer....:)

We recently benefitted from the excellent services provided by BARBEQUE PRO. From the beginning when we were first contacted about arranging an appointment to the end when we had a sparkling clean barbeque, the service was smooth. We were sent a reminder a few days ahead of the appointment as well as the day before when we were also informed of the approximate time that the technician would be arriving. Yoni, the technician was friendly, professional, polite and thorough. He didn't even faint when he lifted the lid of our grill and saw how dirty the interior was. Yoni did in less than an hour what would have taken us 5 hours to attempt and without the same results. We would highly recommend BARBEQUE PRO.

Despite the terrible weather (rain heavy at times) it did not slow Yonathan down. He showed up on the scheduled time, explained the process & was very courteous.

After a service, my BBQ was not working as expected. BBQ Pros listened to my concern, visited again and fixed the issue. In particular, Dejune and Krystian’s service was thorough amd professional. In short, they didn’t leave me hanging. They followed through to the end to make sure I was satisfied. I recommend the service.

WOW!!! What a great job, my bbq looks better now than when I bought it. Barbeque pro did a great job with my grill and I want to thank Pedro for his great work. I would highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about the Barbecue Pro team. Charles came in to help us with a fireplace vent problem that three other reputable companies had failed to fix; and he was just the right person. His friendly and honest demeanour, combined with his knowledge, professionalism and expertise was exactly what we needed. Charles and his team investigated the problem, offered a suitable solution and implemented it effectively. I would love to work with the Barbecue Pro team again, but we will likely not see them again due to their outstanding job. Thank you Charles!

I can't recommend these guys enough for their PROMPT and CHEERFUL response with a problem that came up post-cleaning. They came back to address it a day after I emailed, and the result was an even cleaner barbecue.

it started off as a birthday gift for my husband. we were having a birthday party for him and having a chef in to cater the event. i couldn't have him do that on a greasy dirty bbq. everyone was amazed at how it looked like it just came out of the box. it just blossomed from there my husband loves using the bbq year round but not so much into the upkeep. these outdoor appliances are quite expensive and yet most of us don't look after them like our indoor counterparts. so we book barbeque pro to come out every fall to do what they do best and have been doing it for several years now and every year to come!!!
