We recently benefitted from the excellent services provided by BARBEQUE PRO. From the beginning when we were first contacted about arranging an appointment to the end when we had a sparkling clean barbeque, the service was smooth. We were sent a reminder a few days ahead of the appointment as well as the day before when we were also informed of the approximate time that the technician would be arriving. Yoni, the technician was friendly, professional, polite and thorough. He didn't even faint when he lifted the lid of our grill and saw how dirty the interior was. Yoni did in less than an hour what would have taken us 5 hours to attempt and without the same results. We would highly recommend BARBEQUE PRO.

After we had a leak from our roof on December 26th (!!), Brian and son, Dave, of Al's Roofing come to the rescue by patching our roof and shortly afterward provided as requested a quote (which was very accurate and reasonable). Then as promised, they came to replace the roof as soon as the temperatures were milder which was yesterday. The day before they were to replace the roofing, Dave provided us with advice on the shingle colour. Yesterday was chosen as they were very aware that Toronto was under a heavy rainfall warning starting the next day. Their employees like themselves were all professional yet personable. They began at 8 AM and were completely finished, including their thorough clean-up, by 3 PM. We chose Al's Roofing initially in 1998, when we first moved into our house, thanks to recommendations from our neighbours. Al's Roofing was the right choice then and was the right choice now.

Reliable Home Comfort was recommended to us by friends when we were looking at replacing our furnace. We had me with 3 other companies, and ended up choosing Reliable. We were as pleased as our friends were with the service. From the first person we contacted,to the men who removed our furnace (who worked straight through from 9 in the morning until 9 at night) and installed a high-efficiency furnace, to Robert A. who came to do the free furnace check up, everyone has been as their name says "reliable" and professional. They have assisted us with our questions regarding rebates and everything has been accurate. We ended up with rebates that eventually reduced our cost to $2500.00.
