Cleaning was done very well, although we thought the outside of the barbecue would also be shined up. Not a huge issue, probably our misunderstanding. Tech was very efficient and left our terrace very clean. He was also very polite and presented himself and the company very well.

The exterior of the BBQ is supposed to washed, dried, and polished at every appointment with no exceptions.
