Rob was fantastic - he fixed the old a/c unit that was installed in 1997. I thought we were going to have to replace the unit and was actually looking forward to a nice new shiny a/c but Rob said he was going to make our day - the a/c only needed a new part. We put the money he saved us towards floor heating in our bathroom renovations. Will definitely use Reliable again and recommend Reliable to friends
