Reliable Home Comfort

I had a problem with the humidifier installed last year, a stress fracture that looked like a manufacturers defect meant it could not be used.
Dave sent Jamie and Steve to fix it (after hours as I don't get home until 7:00PM. - thanks guys!!) - which they did quickly, efficiently and to my greatest satisfaction.... rather just than replace the fractured part they replaced the entire humidifier.
I went upstairs to get the guys a glass of water - I came back down a few minutes later, and it was done! No mess, excellent service and genuinely friendly people!
