We were told by Direct Energy that our secondary heat exchange was cracked, not covered by their plan and that we should buy a new furnace, which they offered to provide for 5500$
Reliable offered us the same furnace for 3200$, but that is not why I'm writing this. They came on the agreed day, installed the furnace, cleaned and left. After a couple of hours it was apparant that the furnace was working but not nearly as well as it should. They returned the next day (offered to come that evening but it was too late for us)and when they came to the conclusion that the furnace itself was defective, they installed a better model at no extra cost.
Anyone (with the knowledge) can sell and install something. The true test of a company for me is how they deal with adversity and Reliable came through with flying colours. Good work, good people.
