Reliable Home Comfort

On what was the coldest day of the year thus far, I came home at noon with my baby to discover that we had no heat! On a Friday, of course. In a panic, I called a number of companies. Reliable informed me that they did not have parts for my make of furnace, but provided me with names and numbers of other companies. When those places didn't pan out, they came over themselves and rigged up a temporary solution until they could acquire the part on Monday. Then they called on Saturday to make sure the furnace was still working. They returned Monday, replacing the part, and noticed that there was an issue with the thermostat. They then returned Tuesday to fix that and asked for no compensation. Shocking! I was so confused, but so grateful for their kindness. We need to replace our air conditioner, and I'm pretty sure where we'll be going - Reliable! They actually are what their name states!!
