Exceptional customer service. Jeff went over and above to get us a new motor from parts center, remove and clean housing, and reinstall - all in less then 2 hrs. Explained everything that needed to be done. Very polite and a pleasure to talk to. Will definitely use Jeff again.

He was safety conscious and respectful of my property. He identified and reported poor existing connections and made all necessary repairs leaving me confident that the job was done properly and my family was safe. Besides being polite, professional and prompt, Jeff was straight forward and considerate. We had to shut down the power to change the panel and Jeff worked non-stop to get the job done quickly and properly. We are still trying to get back on our feet from the 2013 floods and have had many contractors through the place. Our chandelier suddenly stopped working with a "boom", putting our dining room in the dark. I was looking for an electrician to figure out what the problem was. Jeff responded to my call promptly, and fought heavy snow on a Saturday to keep his appointment. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and fix the wiring. Now our chandelier is working very well and we no longer have to eat by candlelight (unless we want to.)

Jeff is a very polite, friendly person, who is happy to explain what he is doing in terms someone unacquainted with electrical work can understand. I highly recommend his service, and would definitely use him again for any future wiring needs.

Was in a pinch to get my panel replaced before the Kitchen reno was completed. Called Jeff and he was at my house the next day. Had all the necessary permits and paper work, and really went out of his way to explain everything to me. The new panel looks great, and all the wires are very clean going into it. His quote was a bit more then others, yet he gets things done right the first time, takes his time and cares about what he is doing. I will definitely recommend Jeff to others.

Best. Electrician. Ever. Did emergency outdoor electric work on Christmas Eve 2013 after the ice storm. Did the job immediately to make sure we were ready to have our hydro restored during the holidays. Explained everything thoroughly, and the work looked very neat on the outside of the house. Jeff and his sons are #1 to us!

There were several things that I really liked about Jeff's service.
1. He was able to ballpark the cost of replacing these two outlets over the phone - others had quoted me their 'service call rate' and their hourly rate and said that did not include the cost of the supplies.
2. Jeff also explained why these outlets were probably not working - old and outdoor elements.
3. He is extremely friendly, polite, on time and efficient. Now the Christmas lights work.
We wish every call for repairs and/or service if this kind was that simple and have no problem recommending Jeff Wells.

We needed to move an existing electrical plug in order to meet the specifications of a new built-in fridge. Jeff was professional, expert in the trade, and reliable. I wasn't sure if he handled small requests like this, but he provided availability within 3 days. His cost estimate was precise, and his work was solid. What I liked about Jeff was that he didn't make a simple request/ job complicated, which can often happen with home renovations & contractors.

Jeff's service is absolutely outstanding! The quality of his work is excellent and he helped us save a lot of money and avoid significant disruption by coming up with a creative solution to re-routing our electrical service.

We are so happy to use Jeff for installing our pot lights, efficient, on time, clean and tidy. After the job, we discovered a plug did not work well but he came back few days later to have it fixed since all work is warranted for a year, will use his service again.
