Jose installed our home's 3 smoke-alarms a few years ago, and we contacted him yesterday with a question. He responded and said he'd be out this morning. As promised, Jose arrived on time - trustworthy, expert and kind. Checked to make sure all well, our questions were answered, no worries - and no charge for the visit.
