Simply put: you want your plants killed & to be charged for services that weren’t done, I’d recommend this company.
When these issues were addressed with them, they refused to give a refund or even pay for the plants they killed. I’m not sure the exact cost because my husband dealt with them, but we had an ongoing contract with them throughout the spring & summer.
You’d think that during COVID a local business would appreciate their customers, but we couldn’t have been more wrong to think that. Maybe it’s because they were able to continue operations when everyone else had to shut down, so they have no need to provide great service.
Lesson learned - we now have an incredible local business we use that actually care.
So in a way, thank you for sucking so we could find an even better company!
