Very nice home inspector. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Provided us with a detailed report of all the major ticket items, and gave us his honest recommendations on what the next steps would like to improve the house if we were to purchase it.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I consider myself to be quite knowledgeable on home construction and renovation, but Jim brought up multiple things I had not considered. His inspection was extremely thorough and he made it easy to understand what was serious and what was not a big deal. He was also punctual and very easy to deal with through email. These guys are pros. 10/10

I had a home inspection one and a half years ago. I am now surpassing $10000.00 in repairs that were not caught by the home inspector. These were not problems hidden behind walls. Plumbing stack with crack and elect. tape around it (leaked into living room), furnace, electrical outlets falling out of walls, leaking toilets, leaking plumbing into unfinished basement (easy to see). Very disappointed!!!!!

He did a good job checking the house. He took a few hours. He was dressed neat for an inspector. We got a big book but the first page of each section is the most important. Took time to answer our questions and allowed us to follow him as he inspected. We bought in kitchener.
