Inspection was very complete. Found some problems I was not aware of for example the garage door did not stop and reverse when it hit something so I got it fixed right away after moving in.

I was very happy I asked for a home inspection before I signed the final realestate contract. Wayne found a bunch of problems with the house that nobody else noticed.
