This was a rush job and though all his workers were booked Ty came out personally and did an amazing job on some stubborn pet stains as well as a grease stain. Ty went above and beyond duty, by doing little extras that were not included in the original quote such as mats and runners. He was punctual, gracious and ultra efficient.
When Ty left our carpet was better than new. I will recommend Parma Cleaning to anyone interested.
