Just a brief note to mention how satisfied we are with Parma Clean.com.....have had carpet cleaned in the past by others...but definitely this is the best job ever....went the extra mile in bringing the carpet back to life.....looks almost new...and it is 14 years in age!!.....Ty was very curtious and took pride in his job and pleasing the customer.....thanks Ty....will be calling you again...and recommend your service 100%....JJ
