Solex Group Professional Home Inspection

We have used Solex group on two separate occasions now. Vahn has been very professional and diligent on both occasions. The first time we used Vahn, he pointed a lot of issues with the property we were going to buy. His detailed report along with pictures helped us identify the issues and prioritize them so that we could get them all resolved. We used Vahn again when buying a condo and it proved to be a very worthwhile experience. He even pointed out small minor issues that we can work on as we make improvements. Again we have used his detailed report to go back to the condo corp and fix things that are their responsibility.

Working with Solex was great. The level of detail provided during the inspection and constant communication provided to me on various points of the inspection was what I was looking for. The property had a lot of things going on and I think Solex caught everything and documented the immediate and should do concerns.

The follow up report was over 80 pages of detailed information with a lot of pictures, and documented examples.

We hired them without knowing if they were good or not. We are glad we did.
They sent an inspector called Vahn... This guy is an amazing inspector..very thorough and knowledgeable.
we hired him once and did a pretty good job on a house we wanted to buy...ended up losing to a higher offer but his input was crucial in deciding to put an offer...
So we hired him again for another house we were interested in. And here is were he hit it out of the park. He did the inspection with the realtor being there and you know these people can be a little pushy to the inspector so that they give good grades.. However Vahn was unfazed. He critized several aspects of the house and pointed us to many problems...his advise led us to avoid a potential nightmare...As said, he isn't bothered by who's with him. He'll tell the truth to the customer, in this case , us.
We've dealt with other home inspectors and we were mildly satisfied, but this guy, just wow.
I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend Vahn and his company for home inspections.
