I am a first time home buyer and was worried about the unknowns which may jump at me if I dont go through proper home inspection.

He is so meticulous in his inspection approach that he does not leave anything on assumption for e.g. we were not sure about one of the bathroom exhaust outlet and he made sure that we are able to trace the duct after rigorous inspection so to guide me with any safety hazard associated with that duct.
While signing up I was not sure about including thermal imaging in the package but thanks to those images we were able to understand different heat and cold pattern in the home.
