Efficient but rude movers

Moving & Storage review in Toronto

I'd used Miracle Movers on a previous occasion and had a good experience but am seriously reconsidering ever recommending them after my most recent move.

The crew did not communicate with me at all upon their arrival, leaving me to have to go and try and find them. Additionally they were very terse, bordering on rude during the entire contract signing process.

They took over communal hallways, nearly blocked my neighbor's door shut with their equipment and managed to leave scrapes on my door and a large dent in the drywall in the communal hallway from how they were moving the furniture around.

The crew did not communicate with me at all upon their arrival, leaving me to have to go and try and find them. Additionally they were very terse, bordering on rude during the entire contract signing process.

They also took over communal hallways, nearly blocked my neighbor's door shut with their equipment and made an unnecessarily large amount of noise in communal spaces with no consideration given to other residents. And to top it all off, after thirty minutes and only moving three pieces of furniture, the movers disappeared, once again with no communication for almost a solid 15 minutes; leaving me with only 45 of my quoted 1 hour move time.

What you save on cost and efficiency you lose in customer service.
