I can't say enough good things about Arby's service! I've read horror stories about moving companies and was a little nervous when booking my move. Arby was so accommodating and made the process so easy that I wasn't sure he'd actually show up. The day of my move came, and when they were 10 minutes late (I was moving from a condo, so every minute counts when you've booked an elevator), I was sure I'd been had. I called only to find out that they were already there and waiting for our security to let them up (I also later found out from family that they were actually there BEFORE our scheduled service start).
The team that arrived were friendly, knowledgeable, strong and took incredible care of our furniture and new (and old) place. They even finished in less time than was quoted! I'm looking forward to recommending Arby Cartage to everyone I know!
