Fixing shower during Labour Day long weekend
The shower head in our ensuite was dripping and after a couple of weeks of the annoying noise my husband decided to 'fix' it. Well he ended up breaking something else and was forced to turn off the main water valve on Labour Day weekend. We called 3-4 companies based on reviews on this site and WaterWorks was able to come through and send someone to our house that day!!! We would have had to wait 2-3 days with the other companies due to long weekend. They didnt even charge a surcharge for it being the long weekend!!! The plumber who came was very professional and explained what broke and how he was going to fix. The only reason, I'm rating it a 9 out of 10 is because the plumber actually took a small part from our old shower head so we can't install it anymore (it wasn't broken)...also we paid for a kit that came with multiple parts but decided not to install all parts since some were still fine (he would have had to cut a bigger piece out of our wall), well he didn't leave those parts with us. I'm assuming he forgot and was tired...and I have to admit we didn't call to ask for them back ( may regret not doing that...knock on wood!)
Overall very happy with service and highly recommended.
