Fixing sewage backup issue in basement bathroom (tub and toilet)
Our basement bathroom, specifically the toilet and tub, were filled with sewage. Given how unpleasant this was, we wanted to get this remedied ASAP.
I called WaterWorks and Michael was able to come and see me the next day. He clearly explained to me the work that needed to be completed, and was very courteous, professional, and pleasant.
He completed the required work (moving the toilet and snaking the drain) and cleared the blockage. He made sure that he had fixed the problem completely and cleaned the area prior to leaving. He even helped me out with another completely unrelated toilet issue at no additional charge.
Michael told me what caused the problem (baby wipes down the toilet) and provided great suggestions as to how to prevent such issues moving forward.
I would highly recommend this company as they provide quality work that they stand behind, and can be relied upon to do the job right the first time.
