Having dealt with many plumbing companies over the years Waterworks Plumbing and Drains is definitely my favourite. Rupinder was very professional and pleasant scheduling my appointment. She called again to advise when the plumber was on the way. Michael arrived as expected and provided the full price upfront for approval. He communicated clearly and there were no surprises. The work was completed in a timely manner using quality materials and with attention to detail. Very satisfied.
